The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is having a conference in Portland April 6-8. On the afternoon of Saturday, April 7th, there will be a Design Lab for Middle-School Girls. At the same time, there will be a program for parents and educators. See their program flyer
Coding Club Announcement
The parent volunteer running the Coding Club each Monday after school is asking that students are actively involved in a creative project and able to show progress on that project each week. He is eager to help kids with coding projects but cannot supervise a large group that is not interested in participating. The club is free and open to students who drop in, but if they are not following club guidelines, the parent volunteer has the discretion to ask them to leave. This coming Monday, 4-2, the club will end at 4:45 instead of 5:00 pm. More information about the Coding Club is on the website.
The da Vinci Spring Dance Concert is April 27 at 7 pm and April 28, 3 pm and 7 pm Tickets are on Sale now for Dance Families
All seats for the three shows are general admission, $10 and pre-purchase is recommended as these shows do sell out. Please print and save your receipt to serve as your ticket at the door. Purchase now on the Arts People website. Tickets will be open to the general public on April 16th.
Volunteers Needed for the Dance Concert!
There are still many open spots on the volunteer signup. This show requires a lot of family support to supervise the large group of students and run the front of the house. Please check out the signup and commit to taking a shift.

Plan to come for a fun evening at the lovely BodyVox on NW 17th Ave. See the auction website to purchase tickets and preview the list of items up for bid. We’ve got some great stuff! Ticket includes dinner, drinks, entertainment and enjoyable company of your da Vinci community. This event is the biggest fundraiser for both the PTSA and the Foundation and proceeds are split evenly.
New this year is an opportunity to buy a Golden Ticket in advance for one of five amazing items. For just $40, you get a shot at the item of your choice. One winner will be selected before the live auction.
Best Seats in the House, reserved balcony seats for all da Vinci shows next year.
